Spent $120 yesterday and came back for some more supplies today Because it was 6:59 pm, I had to self check out. No problem. The staff member was rude and let out a heavy sigh when I asked her to remove a double scanned item on the self checkout. I guess I'll try Bossier next time.

I went from spending roughly $13K annually at Michael's to $0.00 because I just couldn't accept the manager's rudeness any longer. The employees are great, it's just the GM and one of the ASMs that make it not worth it.
